What size unit do I actually need? We have a handy size to help you decide, however if you’re still unsure you can give us a call and we can help you work it out
Can I view the unit before committing? Yes, just let us know when it would be convenient for you to come and have a look.
Is it climate-controlled? (Important for furniture, electronics, documents, antiques) Yes some units are heated or have an independent power source
Is it ground floor or will I need a lift? No
What access and security measures do you have?
What are the access hours? Is it 24/7 or restricted? 24/7
What security measures are in place? (CCTV, individual alarms, security personnel, gated access) CCTV, which is monitored during the day and out of hours with perimeter security gates
Do I get my own lock, or is one provided? Each unit is locked with a mortice lock, for which you will get the key.
Can I access my unit whenever I need, or must I give notice?
How much will it cost, and is there a minimum contract?
What’s the total monthly cost, including any additional fees? All costs are inclusive.
Is there a deposit or administration fee? A refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s rent and a £25 key deposit.
What’s the minimum contract length? We offer a variety of contract lengths, with a minimum of one month for storage and 3 months for serviced offices. We would discuss with you your needs and offer the most appropriate contract for your needs
How much notice do I need to give to leave? One month for storage and three months for offices, unless you sign up for a fixed-term contract.

Is parking available nearby for loading/unloading? Yes, we have plenty of on-site parking
Are there any restrictions on what I can store? (Some items like hazardous materials, perishables, or living things are typically prohibited) Yes, we do have a list of prohibited substances. Please get in touch to discuss.
Do you provide packing materials or boxes? No
Can I receive deliveries to the unit? Yes
Is there space to work in the unit if needed? Some of our units are suitable to work from, and there is access to on-site welfare facilities. We also offer co-working space on-site should you require something a bit more comfortable to work from
Are there business-friendly features like shelving or racking available? Shelving and racking are by separate arrangement
